Fresno, California – Two people were injured in a car crash that happened at an intersection in Fresno on Saturday afternoon.

The collision happened around 2 p.m. on Barstow Avenue and Fourth Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A vehicle traveling east on Fourth Street when it failed to yield to two cars traveling east on Barstow, and the vehicles collided.

The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to crash into a building at the Wesley United Methodist Church.

Two drivers were injured in the accident and were transported to an area hospital for treatment.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
