El Dorado County, California: Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened Saturday morning on Highway 50 between Kyburz and Strawberry.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 7:06 a.m. near Wrights Lake Road.
An SUV and a Penske truck were involved in the collision.
Two people sustained moderate injuries.
CHP officers, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the scene.
Traffic lanes were closed during an investigation.
