South Los Angeles, California – A man and a woman were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash that occurred on Friday afternoon in South Los Angeles.
The collision was reported around 1:55 p.m. in the 9600 block of South San Pedro Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
At least three vehicles were involved, but the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
One person was trapped inside one of the vehicles and was extricated by firefighters.
Police said a man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries and a woman was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
