2 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Accident on SR-1 in San Luis Obispo
San Luis Obispo, California: Two people were hospitalized after a major injury multi-vehicle collision that took place Wednesday afternoon in San Luis Obispo.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident was reported around 3:52 p.m. on southbound State Route 1 near Colony Drive.
Four vehicles, including a Mini Cooper and a blue Toyota Matrix, were involved in the accident.
Cal Fire personnel responded to the scene and transported an occupant of the Mini Cooper and an occupant of the Toyota Matrix to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
