Fresno, California: Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision involving a suspected DUI driver that happened Monday night in Fresno.
The collision occurred on Highway 99 near the Highway 180 interchange.
The California Highway Patrol said a woman suspected of driving under the influence hit a concrete barrier and then struck another car.
The suspect was hospitalized with major injuries.
The occupant of the other vehicle was treated for moderate injuries.
Investigators closed two northbound lanes as they worked the scene.
