2 Juveniles Riding E-Bike Hit, Seriously Injured in San Marcos Crash
San Marcos, California: Two juveniles were seriously hurt in a traffic collision that happened Monday evening in San Marcos, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. on Grand Avenue near Linda Vista Drive.
Sheriff’s deputies said two juveniles were riding an electric bike west on Grand Avenue when they were hit by a car.
First responders found the victims lying in the roadway.
The minors were transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved fled the scene before authorities arrived.
An investigation is ongoing.
