2 Killed, 1 Severely Injured in Cypress Crash at Walker St and Orange Ave
Cypress, California: Two people are dead, and another is nursing severe injuries after a two-vehicle collision that happened Saturday afternoon in Cypress.
The Cypress Police Department said the victims were involved in the crash at around 4:26 p.m. at Walker Street and Orange Avenue.
According to police, a Tesla SUV and a Ford Flex were involved in the accident under unclear circumstances.
Emergency personnel responded to the intersection and pronounced the Tesla driver and a passenger in the car dead at the scene.
The driver of the Flex was hospitalized at UCI Medical Center for treatment of severe injuries.
No other details were given, but authorities are investigating.
