2 Killed, 2 Critically Hurt in Maricopa County Car Accident

Maricopa County, Arizona: Two drivers died, and two passengers were critically injured in a head-on collision that happened Friday night in Maricopa County.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred just before 11:30 p.m. near State Route 87 and Sheep’s Crossing.

Two cars collided head-on under unclear circumstances. One vehicle caught fire after the collision.

Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.

Each car had one passenger at the time of the crash. Both passengers were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
