Names of Two Men Killed in Porter Ranch Car Crash on Tampa Avenue near Chatsworth Street Released
2 Killed in Porter Ranch Car Accident Identified
Porter Ranch, California: The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the two men who died Tuesday night in a car collision in Porter Ranch.
The two were 68-year-old Darius Canuto and 56-year-old Virgilio Cunanan.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident that happened around 11:15 p.m. in the 10700 block of Tampa Avenue, just south of Chatsworth Street.
Los Angeles firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced both victims dead at the scene.
Police said a man in his 20s driving a gray BMW involved in the crash was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
