2 People Suffer Major Injuries in Rollover Collision on I-5 in Sacramento
Sacramento, California: Two people were seriously injured in a rollover collision that happened Wednesday morning in Sacramento.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash occurred around 11:06 a.m. on southbound Interstate 5 near Del Paso Road off-ramp.
A white van collided with a white BMW sedan. Both vehicles went off the roadway, and the van overturned onto its side on top of the sedan.
Two people were seriously hurt and had difficulty breathing and complained of pain to the lungs. Paramedics responded to the scene and took the parties to the hospital.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
