North Highlands, California: Three people were injured in a traffic collision that took place Wednesday evening at an intersection in North Highlands.
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire, the accident occurred around 8:05 p.m. at Jackson Street and Madison Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
A woman was extricated from one of the cars.
Three people were taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
