3 Hospitalized After Multi-Vehicle Collision near Flagstaff
Flagstaff, Arizona: Three people were sent to the hospital after a multi-vehicle pileup that happened Friday afternoon on Highway 89 near Flagstaff.
According to the Summit Fire and Medical Department, the incident happened at about 4:15 p.m. involving four vehicles.
First responders found the vehicles with crash damage and several patients with serious injuries.
Ambulances from Guardian Medical Transport, GMT Battalion 5, and Guardian Air were dispatched to the scene to transport three patients to Northern Arizona Healthcare Flagstaff Medical Center.
Investigators are working to establish the cause of the accident.
