3 Hospitalized After Preston Car Crash on I-90
Preston, Washington: Three people were injured in a two-car collision that happened Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 90 in Preston.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the collision occurred west of Preston-Fall City Road Southeast, near milepost 21.
Authorities said the driver of a car stopped in traffic lanes to avoid debris when the vehicle was rear-ended by another car.
Both vehicles caught fire, which spread to the nearby brush.
Three people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
All westbound I-90 lanes were shut down following the crash. The lanes were reopened at 3:53 p.m.
