3 Hospitalized After Salinas Car Crash on Highway 101
Salinas, California: Three people were hospitalized after a major injury collision that happened Tuesday night on Highway 101 in Salinas, the California Highway Patrol said.
The wreck was reported around 10:42 p.m. in the northbound lanes at John Street.
Two vehicles collided for an unknown reason.
The crash resulted in major injuries.
Emergency personnel transported two patients to Natividad Medical Center – one with the complaint of pain to the head and the other with numbness to the body.
A third patient was taken to an unknown hospital with lacerations to the face and complaint of pain to the head.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
