Police Officer, 2 Others Hurt After Car Crashes into Soledad Police Department SUV

3, Including Police Officer, Injured in Soledad Car Crash

Soledad, California: A police officer and two other people were injured after a car crashed into a Soledad Police Department SUV Friday night.

Soledad police said one of their officers and a volunteer were helping the California Highway Patrol at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 101 in south Monterey County when the collision occurred.

As they were on the scene, the driver of another vehicle crashed into a Soledad Police Department SUV.

The second crash left a Soledad police officer, a volunteer and the driver of the car with unspecified injuries. All were taken to Natividad Medical Center for treatment.

Police did not mention the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
