Sacramento County, California: Three people were injured in a Saturday evening collision that required extrication in Arden-Arcade, the Sacramento Metro Fire reported.
The crash occurred around 7:35 p.m. at Alta Arden Expressway and Bell Street.
The collision involved a silver SUV occupied by a female driver and an unidentified passenger and a black sedan occupied by two females.
Sacramento Metro Fire said extrication was required but did not mention how many people were trapped.
Three of the victims were hospitalized after the crash. Two of them were listed in critical condition, and the other suffered minor to moderate injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
