3 Injured in La Quinta Crash Tuesday Afternoon
La Quinta, California: Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision with entrapment that happened Tuesday afternoon in La Quinta, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
The wreck occurred at about 2:42 p.m. on Avenue 48 near Caleo Bay.
Responding firefighters found one person trapped inside one car.
That person was freed and hospitalized with moderate injuries.
Two other parties were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
