Gaviota, California – Four people were injured in a suspected DUI crash early Thursday morning in Gaviota.
The collision occurred around 1 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Highway 101 near Mariposa Reina, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Two vehicles were involved, but the circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
Three women and a man suffered minor to moderate injuries and were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
Police say one of the drivers was found to have been drinking under the influence of alcohol and was arrested.
