4 Injured in Major Car Crash on Jackson Highway and Murieta Drive in Sacramento
Sacramento, California: Four people were injured, two critically, in a traffic collision that happened Monday evening in Rancho Murieta, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District reported.
Firefighters responded to Jackson Highway and Murieta Drive after receiving reports of a ‘multi-casualty incident’ around 8:15 p.m.
An SUV and a sedan were involved in the crash.
Five people occupied the cars at the time of the accident. Four of them were hospitalized, two in critical condition.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
