The collision was reported around 2:45 p.m. in the area of Court Street and Whitendale Avenue, according to the Visalia Police Department.
A car reportedly lost control on the roadway and crashed into a Visalia city bus.
Four people in the car were injured and were transported to the hospital. One patient was listed in critical condition.
The bus driver was the only occupant and was unhurt.
