5 Injured in Los Olivos Crash at Foxen Canyon Road and Highway 154
Los Olivos, California – At least five people were injured in a collision involving a pickup truck hauling a cattle trailer in Los Olivos on Monday morning.
The accident was reported around 10:53 a.m. at the intersection of Foxen Canyon Road and Highway 154, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Two pickup trucks reportedly collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
Two men in the pickup truck with the trailer sustained minor injuries and refused ambulance transport to the hospital.
Two young adult females in the second pickup truck were transported to Santa Ynez Airport and subsequently airlifted to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment.
A third occupant of the second pickup truck was transported to Santa Ynez Cottage Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.

Sacramento County, California: Two people were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Antelope.
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire District, the accident occurred around 1:50 p.m. at Antelope and Roseville roads.
Three vehicles collided, trapping two occupants in the wreckage.
Firefighters responded to the scene and freed the victims. The patients were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.

Irvine, California: 65-year-old Kenneth Joseph McLeod died after he collided with a car while riding a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Irvine.
The accident was reported around 4:50 p.m. at Alton Parkway and Foster.
Investigators said McLeod was riding a motorcycle southbound on Alton when he ran a red light at Foster and crashed into a Tesla turning left from northbound Alton onto westbound Foster.
The Tesla had a green light at the time of the crash.
McLeod died at the scene from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Woman on Motorized Wheelchair Hit and Injured by Car in Victorville
Victorville, California: A woman riding a motorized wheelchair was injured when she was hit by a car Thursday morning at an intersection in Victorville.
The accident was reported around 8:48 a.m. at Roy Rogers Drive and Amargosa Road.
Victorville police, firefighters, and AMR responded to the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
A man driving a black Nissan was found at the scene but it was not clear if he was the driver involved in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
