Adeline Ramos Killed in Head-On Crash at Highway 180 and Cornelia Avenue

Fresno, California –The woman killed after a head-on crash early Thursday morning has been identified as Adeline Ramos, 43, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The deadly collision was reported at about 12:15 a.m. on June 20, at the Highway 180 and Cornelia Avenue intersection.

The CHP officials said Amadeo Menera, 21, was driving a car on the roadway when he veered into the opposite lane and crashed head-on into a Nissan.

Ramos, a Nissan passenger, was rushed to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

Manera and the Nissan driver sustained severe injuries. The two were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Authorities suspected Menera was impaired at the crash time. He was arrested for DUI.

No additional information regarding this collision was provided.

The incident remains under investigation.
