Long Beach, California – Alecia McCullough, 43, has been identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office as the man who died in a pedestrian accident in Long Beach on Sunday.
The accident happened on Pacific Coast Highway near Cherry Avenue at around 8:10 p.m., according to the Long Beach Fire Department.
The woman was crossing the roadway and was struck by a westbound car.
McCullough was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver of the involved car stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the authorities.
