Riverside, California – Alex Rey of Rialto was killed in a car accident that happened early Tuesday morning in Riverside.
The collision happened around 2 a.m. on the northbound 215 Freeway near Highway 60, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Several separate collisions involving a total of seven vehicles were reported.
Rey was pronounced dead at the scene by the Riverside Fire Department paramedics.
Two people were injured in the accident but did not require hospitalization.
