Taft, California – Alfred Allen Arguelles, 56, has been identified as the bicyclist who died after being hit by a car on Sunday morning in Taft.
The accident happened at around 7:03 a.m. on Gardner Field Road near Commerce Way.
Alfred was riding a bicycle on the roadway and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
