San Bernardino County, California (April 26, 2023) – 21-year-old Alison Scott has been identified as the woman killed in a fatal big rig crash on Friday morning in San Bernardino County.
The deadly collision occurred after 4:30 a.m. on April 21 on Interstate 15, approximately one mile from the Highway 138 exit.
Police confirmed that a gray Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was heading northbound on Interstate 15 when it crashed into the rear of the semi-truck hauling sand. The impact caused the Silverado to burst into flames.
Scott, the Chevrolet passenger, was pronounced dead at the crash site. The Chevrolet driver sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
