Andrea Vallebueno Killed in San Carlos Bicycle Accident on Holly Street
San Carlos, California – Andrea Vallebueno, 31, of Palo Alto, died after being struck by a car while riding a bicycle in San Carlos on Saturday morning.
According to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies, the crash was reported around 10 a.m. on Holly Street near the Highway 101 overpass.
Vallebueno was riding her bike when she was hit by a car in unclear circumstances.
Paramedics rushed the woman to a nearby hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
