Araceli Hernandez Killed in Fresno Pedestrian Accident on Clovis near Shields
Fresno, California – 21-year-old Araceli Regino Hernandez, of Kerman, has been identified as the man who died after being struck by a car in Fresno early Monday morning.
The fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened around 2 a.m. on Clovis Avenue near Shields Avenue, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
Hernandez was found unresponsive at the scene after being struck by a car that was traveling southbound on Clovis.
The woman was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the accident scene and cooperated with the authorities.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
