At Least 1 Hospitalized After Irwindale Car Collision
Irwindale, California: Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle accident involving a semi-truck that occurred early Wednesday morning on the eastbound 210 Freeway in Irwindale.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene near Irwindale Avenue after they were notified of the crash at around 4:40 a.m.
The officers said three vehicles, including a semi-truck, were involved in the pileup.
An occupant of one of the cars was bleeding from the eye.
Paramedics responded to the scene shortly after the crash and transported at least one person to the hospital with serious injuries.
At least two lanes remained blocked until the scene was cleared.
CHP is investigating the accident.
