At Least 1 Hurt in Multi-Vehicle Collision near El Centro
Imperial County, California: At least one person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Thursday afternoon near El Centro, the California Highway Patrol said.
Three vehicles, including a big rig, collided around 2:34 p.m. near E Evan Hewes Highway and State Route 111.
Emergency personnel found the big rig and two pickup trucks blocking the roadway.
The driver of the big rig was taken to the hospital with the complaint of pain.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
