At Least 2 Injured in Car Collision on Highway 99 in Fresno
Fresno, California: At least two people were taken to the hospital after a DUI collision that happened Thursday in Fresno, authorities said.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash took place on Highway 99.
The driver of a Toyota MR2 collided with a Toyota Tacoma truck under unclear circumstances.
The driver of the MR2 sustained major injuries. Police said the driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident.
The occupants of the truck were also hurt.
Paramedics transported at least two people to the hospital.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
