Bakersfield, California: A motorcyclist was injured in a traffic collision that happened Monday afternoon on State Route 58 in Bakersfield.
At around 4:40 p.m., a motorcycle collided with a car in the westbound lanes of the highway at Oswell Street.
Multiple motorists stopped at the scene to check on the rider before first responders arrived.
The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries and complained of pain. It was unclear if the victim was hospitalized.
Police officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
