Bicyclist Killed in Hayward Crash on Tennyson Road near I-880 Off-Ramp
Hayward, California: A cyclist died after colliding with a vehicle Sunday night in Hayward, the Hayward Police Department reported.
The incident took place at about 10:30 p.m. on Tennyson Road, east of the I-880 off-ramp.
Police said a 29-year-old Hayward man was riding a bicycle when he collided with an unknown vehicle.
The cyclist died in the crash.
The 27-year-old man driving the car stopped and remained at the scene.
Police do not believe alcohol was a contributing factor.
