Bicyclist Killed in Highway 126 Crash in Santa Paula
Santa Paula, California: A bicyclist died after being hit by a car Friday evening on Highway 126 in Santa Paula, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision was reported to authorities at around 8:20 p.m. in the westbound lanes just east of Palm Avenue.
CHP said a bicyclist and a silver Dodge Charger were involved in the accident.
The rider died of injuries sustained in the crash.
No other information was available, but an investigation is ongoing.
