Sacramento, California – The Sacramento Police Department is investigating a bicycle accident that killed a bicyclist on Saturday night in Sacramento.
The deadly collision occurred at about 11:30 p.m. October 12 on Marysville Boulevard and Main Avenue.
Authorities said a car and a bicyclist crashed for unknown reasons.
The cyclist was declared dead at the crash site.
The driver reportedly left the scene but was arrested a while after.
The motorist was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
