Bicyclist Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries in DUI Accident in Glendale
Glendale, Arizona: A bicyclist sustained life-threatening injuries after colliding with a pickup truck late Wednesday night in Glendale.
The accident took place at 11:55 p.m. just in front of Desert Diamond Casino on Northern Avenue.
According to Glendale and Tohono O’odham police, who responded to the scene, a male cyclist was crossing the street in a crosswalk when he was hit by a pickup truck.
The cyclist sustained life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
