Boy Fatally Hit by Car in Corona Identified
Corona, California: 6-year-old Duner Larson of Corona died after he was struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning in a residential area on the south end of Corona.
The incident happened around 7:55 a.m. Tuesday on Sallie Jeffreys Way, just north of Golden Harvest Drive.
The Corona Police Department said the victim was hit under unclear circumstances on the residential street, where less than a half-dozen homes are located.
Duner was rushed to Corona Regional Medical Center, where he died less than an hour later.
The driver involved stopped and cooperated with authorities.
