Battle Ground, Washington: A boy was hospitalized after being struck by a car Friday afternoon at an intersection in Battle Ground.
Officers received reports of the crash at around 1:30 p.m. at East Main Street and Parkway Avenue.
The boy was crossing the street in a crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle.
First responders found the victim conscious and responsive. He was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The driver involved stopped and cooperated with authorities.
