Boy Killed in Kent Pedestrian Accident at 132nd Ave SE and SE 230th St
Kent, Washington – A juvenile pedestrian died after being hit by a car on Tuesday evening in Kent.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened at 132nd Ave SE and SE 230th St at around 7:01 p.m.
A boy, believed to be around age 12, was struck by a car on the highway in unclear circumstances.
The boy was seriously injured in the accident. Kent police arrived at the scene and performed life-saving measures on the boy, but he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The 19-year-old Kent man who was driving the car stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
