Boy Killed in Sun Valley Crash on Strathern Street at White Street
Sun Valley, California – A 15-year-old boy was killed in a car crash on Saturday night in Sun Valley.
The fatal crash happened on Strathern Street at White Street at around 11 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
22-year-old Joseph Delgado, a resident of North Hills, was driving a car eastbound on Strathern Street when he lost control and struck several parked vehicles.
The debris from the parked vehicles struck the boy who was in the roadway.
The unidentified boy was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Delgado was arrested on a murder charge and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
