Bryan Rodriguez-Duran Killed in Yuba City Crash at El Margarita Rd and SR 20
Yuba City, CA. – A man was killed in a car crash that left seven other people injured on Sunday night in Yuba City.
The fatal collision happened at the intersection of El Margarita Road and Highway 20 at around 8:42 p.m., according to the Yuba City Police Department.
39-year-old Chloe Tokuno-Fraley was driving an SUV northbound on El Margarita Road when she drove through a stop sign and collided with a pickup truck.
Six passengers of the pickup truck including 27-year-old Bryan Alejandro Rodriguez-Duran were transported to the hospital. Sadly, Bryan died while receiving treatment.
Tokuno-Fraley and a 4-year-old girl in her backseat were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.

Sacramento County, California: Two people were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Antelope.
According to the Sacramento Metro Fire District, the accident occurred around 1:50 p.m. at Antelope and Roseville roads.
Three vehicles collided, trapping two occupants in the wreckage.
Firefighters responded to the scene and freed the victims. The patients were taken to the hospital with major injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.

Irvine, California: 65-year-old Kenneth Joseph McLeod died after he collided with a car while riding a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Irvine.
The accident was reported around 4:50 p.m. at Alton Parkway and Foster.
Investigators said McLeod was riding a motorcycle southbound on Alton when he ran a red light at Foster and crashed into a Tesla turning left from northbound Alton onto westbound Foster.
The Tesla had a green light at the time of the crash.
McLeod died at the scene from the injuries he sustained in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

Woman on Motorized Wheelchair Hit and Injured by Car in Victorville
Victorville, California: A woman riding a motorized wheelchair was injured when she was hit by a car Thursday morning at an intersection in Victorville.
The accident was reported around 8:48 a.m. at Roy Rogers Drive and Amargosa Road.
Victorville police, firefighters, and AMR responded to the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
A man driving a black Nissan was found at the scene but it was not clear if he was the driver involved in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
