Van Nuys, California – The Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office has identified 27-year-old Carolina Hernandez Garcia as the person killed in a fatal collision on Sunday morning in Van Nuys.
The accident occurred at about 5:20 a.m. on San Diego (405) Freeway near Sherman Way.
Police said a black Ford F-150 pick-up, and an unknown car crashed for unknown reasons.
Garcia suffered fatal injuries due to the collision.
