Glendale, California – Cervando Velasquez, 57, has been identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner as the man who died in a pedestrian accident on Thursday night in Glendale.
The 10:13 p.m. collision happened on the Pasadena (134) Freeway near the Glendale (2) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pedestrian was reportedly struck by a car after a three-vehicle collision.
Velasquez was found lying in one of the eastbound freeway’s lanes and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
