Child Critically Injured in Sacramento Pedestrian Accident
Sacramento, California – A child was critically injured after being struck by a car at a crosswalk in Sacramento.
The accident was reported at around 5:25 p.m. at the crosswalk on Howe Avenue at Alta Arden, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The child and her mother were in the crosswalk when the child was struck by a car travelling northbound on Howe.
The child suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
