CHP Investigating Deadly Prunedale Car Accident on SR-156
Prunedale, California: One person died in an early Friday morning traffic collision that happened on State Route 156 in Prunedale.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident was reported around 2:09 a.m. on the eastbound lanes just west of Oak Hills Drive.
A brown Buick LeSabre and a blue Honda sedan were involved in the collision, blocking traffic lanes.
A female occupant of one of the vehicles was unresponsive inside her car after the collision.
One person died in the accident, the report said.
SR-156 was closed between Oak Hills Drive and Cathedral Oaks Road as authorities investigated.
