CHP Investigating Serious Injury Crash on I-210 in Sylmar
Los Angeles, California: At least two people were hospitalized after a major injury multi-vehicle crash that happened Sunday afternoon in Sylmar, the California Highway Patrol said.
The pileup was reported at around 1:57 p.m. on the eastbound Interstate 210 at the Maclay Street off-ramp.
Four vehicles, including a motorcycle and a silver Ford sedan, were involved in the accident.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene and found at least two people with injuries. The patients were transported to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center for treatment. The extent of injuries of each patient remained unclear, but the crash was categorized as a major injury accident.
Several traffic lanes remained blocked as authorities investigated and as the scene was cleared.
