CHP Officer Injured in Lancaster Motorcycle Accident on East Avenue M at Challenger Way
Lancaster, California – A CHP motorcycle officer was injured in a traffic collision that happened in Newhall on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 1:15 p.m. on East Avenue M at Challenger Way.
The officer was riding a motorcycle westbound on East Avenue M when he crashed into a Jeep that was traveling on Challenger Way across the intersection.
The officer suffered serious injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
