Fallbrook, California – Christen Cavanaugh was severely hurt following a pedestrian accident on Tuesday night in Fallbrook, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The major pedestrian accident happened at around 8:28 a.m. on August 6 in the 1200 block of Fallbrook Street.
Cavanaugh was reportedly struck by a car for unknown reasons.
She was transported to Palomar Hospital with severe injuries due to the collision.
