Clifton Gore, Jr. Killed in Los Angeles Crash on 405 Freeway at National Blvd
Los Angeles, California – Clifton Gore, Jr. 74, has been identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner’s office as the man who died in a car crash early Thursday morning near Culver City.
The fatal collision happened around 2:13 a.m. on the Santa Monica (405) Freeway at National Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Toyota Prius and a commercial truck collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded and pronounced Gore dead at the scene.
A woman who was also killed in the crash was not immediately identified.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
