Consuelo Cordova De Hernandez Identified as Person Killed in Fresno
Fresno, California – The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has identified Consuelo Cordova De Hernandez, 53, as the man killed in a fatal collision on Monday afternoon in Fresno.
The crash occurred on Kamm Avenue at Jameson Avenue at about 1:20 p.m. on June 17.
Police said Hernandez was heading northbound on Jameson in a Chevrolet SUV when his car did not yield to a posted stop sign and was struck by a commercial big rig traveling west on Kamm.
The two vehicles went off the roadway and into an almond orchard following the collision.
Hernandez, the SUV driver sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the crash site.
No other information concerning this collision was provided.
An investigation is underway.
